See the Fair Use Guidelines for Educational Multimedia from the University of Washington, Seattle, to make sure that you are using multimedia appropriately. Section 4, Limitations, will help you determine what portion (percentage) of a work you are allowed to use in your project.

ECDS: Emory Center for Digital Scholarship

ECDS offers technology training to Emory faculty, students, and staff.
