The Learning Commons in Woodruff Library offers over 150 computer workstations on floors 1-3 and in the Music/Media Library.
Computer workstations in QUIET study areas can be found here:
- Matheson Reading Room
- Level 3 across from the circulation desk
- Music/Media Library
Groupwork around these computer workstations is highly discouraged.
Computer workstations in NON-QUIET study areas can be found throughout:
- Level 1
- Level 2
Groupwork at a reasonable noise level around these computer workstations is encouraged.

Emory's Center for Interactive Teaching, located within Woodruff Library on Level 2, offers more computer workstations and is open to everyone in the Emory community. Details here. ECIT's hours here.
Quick Look-up Kiosks
There are stand-up stations located in the elevator lobbies on floors 4-9 and in various areas on Levels 1-3 for quickly looking-up items in discoverE, the library catalog.
Alumni can be logged on to any workstation in the Learning Commons. Just ask to be logged on at the Library Service Desk on Level 2.
There are two quick look-up computer workstations for use by visitors to the Woodruff Library. They are located on Level 2. There is a 30-minute limit at these stations when others are waiting.
