National Science Foundation: A Guide for Division of Undergraduate Education Proposal Writing  While this guide gives valuable general information on writing proposals, it was specifically prepared with NSF fgrant funding in mnind. Following the advice given here certainly does not guarantee funding, although it will help applicants write better and more competitive proposals.
