If you need assistance installing a software application which is not included by default, please come to the Marian K. Heilbrun Music and Media Service Desk Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm for assistance.
This equipment may be checked out for one week at a time from the Music and Media desk.
These items cannot be renewed.
Overdue fines are $5.00 per day.
Laptops and their power adaptors are available to current Emory faculty, staff, and students only.
Laptops and their power adaptors are for use in the Woodruff Library only.
Limit one laptop and adaptor per patron.
Emory faculty, staff, and students must present their Emory Card.
Laptop checkout is limited to 3 hours OR before the Heilbrun Music & Media Library closes for the day, whichever comes first. The hours of operation for the Heilbrun Music & Media Library are listed on the library's webpage.
All laptops must be returned no later than fifteen minutes before the Music & Media Library closes.
Laptops may be renewed once at the 4th floor Music and Media library desk.
If the Music & Media Library is closed, laptops must be returned to the Security Desk on Level 2. The $5 per hour overdue fine will accrue until the laptop is checked in the following morning.
Charges for damage will be assessed based on repair cost.
When returned, all laptops will be cleared of all data and restored to the default image. The library is not responsible for any loss of data.
